Coraluz is the energetic beachfront beach club restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Cabo del Sol, a collaboration between internationally acclaimed chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval (60+ restaurant locations across 12 countries) and Executive Chef Miguel Baltazar — widely regarded as one of the best chefs in Mexico. The concept celebrates Baja Mexican cuisine with street food energy and fine-dining finesse: tuna tostadas (Baltazar's signature dish), Sinaloa aguachile with sustainably sourced shrimp crudo in cilantro-chiltepin sauce, Baja fish tacos, nachos, salads, and grilled proteins. The outdoor bar is stocked with an extensive agave spirits selection — tequila, mezcal, sotol, bacanora, and raicilla — alongside cocktails, wine, and beer. Located next to the family pool with direct beach access and ocean views. Open 11:30am–5pm daily (dinner service seasonal).
